Stuff I Starred Saturday 02.16.2013

My friend Joules used to do this and I've decided to follow her lead.  I'm having a really hard time commenting on all the blog posts that really hit me, so I decided to share some of these posts once a week.  I'll admit that, for this week, some of these posts are more than a week old, but whatever....


In other news, another binge last night.  I'm starting to think it is a wheat thing.  I was doing fine until dinner (noodles) and then it all went downhill.  I'm going to try to eliminate wheat....gradually (and after this weekend....)

This weekend will be a bit crazy...but I'll go into that on Monday!

  2. When I make pasta meals for my husband and I, I only cook up part of it - and leave the rest of the noodles for another time. That way we can't eat more than our share for dinner and then I pack up the rest for lunches!

  4. Thanks for including my post here :) Wheat definitely triggers binges with me.. when I start a day with protein and veggies/fruit, the rest of my day often goes very well. If I eat toast or waffles or something, I struggle for the next 14 hours to keep a lid on my eating.
