- Jeannette shared an article about foods not to eat if you are losing weight. The article is interesting, but her post really spoke to me.
In other news, another binge last night. I'm starting to think it is a wheat thing. I was doing fine until dinner (noodles) and then it all went downhill. I'm going to try to eliminate wheat....gradually (and after this weekend....)
This weekend will be a bit crazy...but I'll go into that on Monday!

ReplyDeleteWhen I make pasta meals for my husband and I, I only cook up part of it - and leave the rest of the noodles for another time. That way we can't eat more than our share for dinner and then I pack up the rest for lunches!

Thanks for including my post here :) Wheat definitely triggers binges with me.. when I start a day with protein and veggies/fruit, the rest of my day often goes very well. If I eat toast or waffles or something, I struggle for the next 14 hours to keep a lid on my eating.
